De Rerum Natura was formed by a desire to have the traceability of traditional "country wools" with the softness of modern yarns. A focus on beauty and simplicity and a move away from over-consumption. 

Using the softest European merino wool, from Arles in France and the Alentejo valley in Portugal, from farms that use traditional methods and are often organic. This a thoughtful range of yarns where every step of production considers quality, transparency and beauty.
