In this two hour class you will be taken through the steps to design and write your own hat pattern.

You'll learn about size, fit and construction, swatching for accurate gauge. If you love puzzles and problem solving you are likely to love designing your own patterns. And if you think you're not a creative person, you might surprise yourself with this class!

With a maximum of six people in the class you will receive individual attention to bring your idea to life.

Experience

While there will not be a lot of knitting in this class, it is still important that you are a confident knitter who can cast on and off, join your knitting to work in the round and work increases and decreases. We would recommend that you have knit several different hat patterns to get the most from the class.
